Overall experience was positive if they would just have more focus on GROWTH, and larger deal sizes and business development, and not limited commissions at 150/150. My commission went from 9.8 down to 4.5 and doubled my Quota, so 2x the work for the same amount of pay. Being still a startup it is hard to attract A-quality sales talent with those numbers. I think they know that.

Only 1 of the multiple Management - CEO - CRO - CTO - CMO - had a clue what was going on and necessary . And they fired him. Then when I closed a $1M deal and had serious pipeline - the newly hired VP laid me off to take over my hard earned pipeline. Not a serious company.
