This is a very easy job. You don't need any experience in sales to enter. The base pay I super low. A dollar over minimum wage. You get commission or hourly whatever is higher. You can make a lot of money if ur lucky and are placed in a good store.

When I started at Mattress Firm things were great, but over time the company slowly fell apart. From the beginning, the base compensation was an absolute joke.
