Current Employee The sales team should considering going in person to close deals. The sales enablement team is a bit disconnected from the sales team. Commission structure could be a little more aggressive for top performing reps. I'd rate them a 3/10 in terms of benefits/perks most SaaS companies offer. Browse Other Reviews

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. I agree—getting in front of customers matters, and we need to push harder on that even in a remote-first world.
With our new Head of Sales, I’m confident we’ll strengthen alignment between sales and enablement, and ensure our commission structure is motivating for top performers. Benefits and perks are also an area we’re actively reviewing as we continue to invest in retaining and attracting great talent.
