Overall, McGraw-Hill was a fantastic company to work for. Culture was great, products were solid and it was overall a great experience. Pay was a bit low compared to typical SaaS roles in EdTech, but otherwise it was a great opportunity.

McGraw Hill is a phenomenal place to work, in my opinion/experience. I've worked in inside sales, field sales, marketing, and sales leadership and I can confidently say that the culture and leadership are MH's best assets. Very good place for a 31 year old who never had a sales job to learn the role with decent entry level pay. I was previously a teacher so the background in education is helpful. However, raises are hard to come by and advancement in the company is tough without adding huge amounts of travel.
