Good company so far. A lot of my positive experience is due to my manager and my customer base. Can vary greatly based on district manager and territory.

Very good place for a 31 year old who never had a sales job to learn the role with decent entry level pay. I was previously a teacher so the background in education is helpful. However, raises are hard to come by and advancement in the company is tough without adding huge amounts of travel.

McGraw Hill is a phenomenal place to work, in my opinion/experience. I've worked in inside sales, field sales, marketing, and sales leadership and I can confidently say that the culture and leadership are MH's best assets.
