Company products were decent. Medtronic set the standard in the space. However, other companies began to innovate in a way a company the size of Medtronic, could not. Customers trained in MDT products often continued to use them. So customers out of fellowship were often new business. The strongest thing this company has going for it is a strong procedural suite of implants and capital to fully provide for customer needs. Another would be that in an environment where vendors are more and more consolidated within hospital systems, Medtronic will always be on contract and capable of meeting needs.

meh it's a job, management could be better, but they're overworked so I get it. I think the lack of decision making and vision from the top, and how it's communicated, doesn't trickle down very well. We need leaders to make the final calls, or let us make calls without sending us in random feedback loops just to stall for time, then when finally demanding...Read More

A great company, but like any, it has its challenges. Won’t make the most money here, but let’s put it this way. During covid they didn’t touch anyone employed and continued to pay out bonuses without hitting quota. That’s pretty remarkable.
