Medtronic is in a financial situation where the stock has decreased by about 50% in 3.5 years, employees are being cut to show stock holders better P&L numbers, and the woke culture is destroying a once-formidable company. CEO Geoff Martha's leadership is, unfortunately, going to be a mistake Medtronic will continue dealing with for years to come. Take note of the significant outflow of sales reps moving away from this company.
