There so many different levels of employment and so many different positions in sales at this company, be careful with comp expectations, they can vary widely.

Former Employee3.7Jun 17, 2024Medtronic ENT is the leader in Navigation and nerve monitoring but I left because the products were falling apart. A lot of issues with the NIM and there isn’t much you can do as a rep to fix it besides just stand there and get yelled at. A ton of back order issues and leadership is currently being overhauled.
