This is a great company with lots of resources. The name itself opens a lot of doors and makes initial meetings much easier. There so many different levels of employment and so many different positions in sales at this company, be careful with comp expectations, they can vary widely.

Que Dallara has ruined Medtronic Diabetes. The changes made in her tenure have proven leadership does not value patients, sales reps, or support staff. She hopes experienced employees will all leave due to the changes made, and will never realize this is why the company is still failing under her leadership.
