Merger with RapidMiner from Altair has caused mass chaos in the org. Territories shrunk by insane amounts while quotas ballooned to even more unattainable levels while OTEs stayed flat. Pipelines decimated with no holdovers. Management is increasing quotas for Mendix only while adding an additional quota for RapidMiner and another one on top of that for services. Management doesn’t know how to lead and have absolutely zero strategy. Expect a mass exodus this year whether through attrition, layoffs, or likely both. Run for the hills.

Do NOT work here if you're remote and looking to grow from SDR to AE or otherwise, there is no opportunity. They'll tell you they believe in equal opportunity and then turn around and tell you the reason you aren't considered is because you aren't local.

My overall experience is that I consider Mendix as a company with great potential but the growth is inhibited by poor unprofessional unexperienced leadership.
