Meraki used to have a great culture that attracted great talent. However, just like any company acquired by a giant, the soul was sucked out and replaced by corporate politicians. The Meraki name is now dead and everyone is expected to play Cisco’s game.

It’s a good org and it feels like a safe place to be right now but their starting compensation is outdated. Reps have been offered the same money for 3-5years now. Leadership is a bit all over right now as Meraki has come up against its toughest year since being acquired. The organization is becoming more like Cisco for worse.
