Decent base salary. Comp plan has changed a few times. Diversity and growth opportunities when I started at the company. Leadership changes, high unrealistic goals eventually led to layoffs.

Overall not a great company--nobody is hitting quota. Not one member of the leadership team has a background in SaaS and they are trying to sell this just like tires. Not a good market fit and lacking a strong GTM strategy.

Lack of growth opportunities. No structure whatsover and there are a lot of meetings that effect sales and reaching out to future prospects and existing clients. Training is very short and not knowledgable.
