MicroStrategy has excellent technology and has demonstrated innovation in its industry for 30 years making it a respected player in the BI space. Employees often experience uncertainty in corporate strategy as changes happen quickly and with variable follow through. Selling any product in this space is difficult with the technical nature of data analytics and the competitive market.

MicroStrategy is a solid company with huge earnings potential and a phenomenal ESOP and base structure. The company is i the middle of a dramatic re-invention, so there are some learning curves and hiccups with that, but for the most part, Leadership notices and are working to correct any problems going forward.
