Past three years were focused on licence structure conversion so the numbers are greatly inflated and quotas have significantly increased with no clear mode to adjust for current subscription deployment. Cross-sell efforts and new logo are main focus now but quotas are very high with no past results to justify. No new marketing approach and BDR is very sporadic and insufficient.

Hit my quota easily year over year but the compensation for the theatre is low. Over the last couple years leaderships direction has not aligned with my personal goals but if we were on the same page I would stay at Minitab for a long time. Company culture is inviting and everyone is helpful.
