The 20+ acquisitions have led to a lot of cookie cutter approaches to very different business units, leadership has taken shortcuts to try and save money. For example, there's now 5 different AI tools for reps to use and when faced with a need to hire SDRs, they hired a 3rd party company from the Philippines which hasn't been effective.
