Not totally sure where the company thinks it's going? Everyone is confused and there is zero transparency.

The company is in a constant state of change which results in really good years and very bad years depending on decisions that are made by the leadership team. The company has so much potential but has certain leaders in place that continue to prevent the company from reaching its full potential.
