Not totally sure where the company thinks it's going? Everyone is confused and there is zero transparency.

Current Employee2.6May 30, 2024The biggest issue is Exec and Sr Leadership. There is no Csuite. Just the CEO a head of product, and one person oversees HR/Marketing/Sales. None of them have sold before, and it shows. No accountability to their decisions bec the board is only 4 people and one of them is the ceo.
