Former Employee Your experience will vary tremendously depending on who you get as a manager and the territory you are in. The fact you get fed leads is a big plus but also found the company’s sales a bit off since you learn a script and are told to use that script and will have an ai recording “your voice only” in every meeting to ensure you are sticking to the script. Leadership could improve but some people there are cool. Expect to be on call 8am-8pm and could finish at 10pm and have to work either Saturday or Sunday. I was a consultant going to close the deals in-home. Most of my class did not make the training.
