My overall experience was positive. It is definitely one of those jobs where you get out of it what you put in it. Don't expect anything to be handed to you, but if you work hard, stay dedicated and stay positive, you will do well.

Your experience will vary tremendously depending on who you get as a manager and the territory you are in. The fact you get fed leads is a big plus but also found the company’s sales a bit off since you learn a script and are told to use that script and will have an ai recording “your voice only” in every meeting to ensure you are sticking to the script. Not a pleasant experience, the people at the top only care about themselves and how much money their making, you wouldn’t believe how seniority talks at these meetings, many of the managers are just 'Yes Men’ The company cares not about the customers in the slightest, and to say they care more about the employees would be a mistake. One of the greatest challenges of this position was being asked to work 12 hour shifts. The environment could become unprofessional at times.
