Pros Amazing team, amazing people, all pursuing clean energy. The training and ongoing support for the role is top notch. The company really does stand by it's work and provides a premium product and service to the customers. No doubt about it. Cons Pay can be little tricky to figure out, In-home sales role - heavily performance based and schedule varies wildly. I at least couldn't find work-life balance. You can earn a lot at the top if you perform at the top of your game and the trainings and material are all there for you to be a star player, but you have to commit all your energy and time. If you're hungry - want to support a great cause at a great company this is the place to be. Even more so, if you're completely new to sales as the support behind you is fantastic.

My overall experience at momentum has been a positive one, constant training that can bring immediately results to you sales, low base pay and subpar benefits are the biggest downsides. Negative. Was a Sales Rep. Leads suck ass, poor credit scores and unserious people. On top of that, no reimbursement for gas/tolls. Drive a lot, 12-14 hour workdays and if you are making 100-120k it's considered good. Laughable. Every interaction with past/existing customers is negative - Momentum did a bad job installing.
