Let me start by saying that there are good people at Monotype. As a business, though, they are really just a licensing company pretending to be a modern-day SaaS organization. I don't even know if I would label this as a sales job, as the majority of the time you play debt collector for people currently using IP without an agreement in place. If you come from a true SaaS background, I would think twice before looking at Monotype.

My experience has been fantastic at Monotype. The product is a need for most organizations, we're the biggest player in the space by far and our client list is incredibly strong.
