My experience has been fantastic at Monotype. The product is a need for most organizations, we're the biggest player in the space by far and our client list is incredibly strong. We promote from within when we can which creates a clear path to expanding your career. Very solid and consistent growth in the past 10 years with many reps over achieving and making very good income. Remote culture is amazing, team effort for deals, and great leadership in place that keeps you accountable but fair. Overall amazing place to work.

Challenging to navigate internal systems and workflows that are critical to finding viable prospects, building leverage, and booking meetings with clients. ROE and commission structures have changed drastically over the past 2 years. Internal processes constantly changing.
