This company used to be one of the 'better ones' out there. I've really enjoyed myself previously. Coms structure changed in 2025 - will need to evaluate if there would be an exodus of reps after 2025 (there's a cap on coms now). Management has changed direction after PE announced that they would like to sell Monotype, we used to have good sales leaders in NA. (they are still there though). Parachuting new external managers (shiny new object syndrome?) into management roles seem to be the trend from what I am hearing. Very (very!) typical corporate America culture.

Good potential to earn a lot if you over achieve on target, 90% of sales are through compliance driven angle of brands already using Monotype fonts, so a lot of the time you are chasing people like a debt collector to put a license in place (which is quite draining after time).
