Overall, the experience was disappointing. You can earn and individual performance and talent resources are like anywhere else. I led the team on new business but they way commissions earned are paid out you're waiting 90+ days. That assumes during that time an account inherited doesn't cancel. Get in with the cool kids and that's only half the battle.

Unfortunately the culture has changed vastly over the last 12-18 months. Very toxic and high pressure with lack of ELT accountability. Very innovative work in genai and products work but try to do too many things at once. Abysmal inbound lead flow, and highly competitive market. Punitive comp plan and highly unrealistic in person meeting targets. On the bright side...Read More

I was working for Moody's and having a good time. It is a great product fit. However, as I am currently writing this, I was fired effectively immediately because my "role was no longer being retained". This comes as I had 500K in deals through the door in January.
