The company is forward thinking and has bold plans. Strong brand reputation as well. Unfortunately Moody’s has hired too many sales people, and at the same time increased targets to unrealistic levels. Inbound lead flow is abysmal, it is 99% outbound generated.

Unmotivated colleagues everywhere. Why does NRR have to demotivate deal makers? 2% on acva doesn’t get me excited when I c add by tier up bec of cancels. The consultants are idiots.
