The lead flow is fairly good, although the product itself is relatively expensive which makes sales pay good; the base is definitely lower than others but the name Morningstar helps get you towards goals. Better bases out there & companies that will promote you internally with better paths. Average company.

I have had a great experience. I feel we reward high achievers and hard workers. I have had really great career progression and opportunity at this company. My overall experience has been good. I started at the company in a Mid-Market New Logo sales position and was promoted to our strategic accounts. Innovation and growth are still at the forefront of this company with capex and resources being poured into our products. However, I think compensation is behind the market.
