My experience was solid. Deals are definitely doable here but the market was tough and clients were not in a position to use us. Hopefully when things improve, business can pick up.

My overall experience was that there are lots of internal selling conflicts and no incentive to work together with your peers. Actively working against each other, territorial, and conflicting leadership ideals. There is the potential to make a lot of money, but go after low-hanging fruit or you'll be caught up in meetings.
