Front line leadership cares a lot about the team and wants to see them succeed. Unfortunately, theres is no path to a closing role on the SDR team, outside hires for AE roles are greatly prioritized due to the product being heavily geared for Enterprise businesses, not the type of sales cycle an SDR can just jump into and be successful at. If you're an SDR, expect to be in seat for two years MINIMUM.

Great place to start and build your skillset- delays on the acquisition are hindering efforts for SDRs and AEs alike. Work hard and you’ll do well and many SDRs overachieve on quota, 1.5-2 years in seat before a chance at promotion (senior SDR promo is opened after 3 quarters off ramp if you hit above quota).
