Current Employee Great place to start and build your skillset- delays on the acquisition are hindering efforts for SDRs and AEs alike. Work hard and you’ll do well and many SDRs overachieve on quota, 1.5-2 years in seat before a chance at promotion (senior SDR promo is opened after 3 quarters off ramp if you hit above quota).
