Former Employee Horrendous leadership on sales side during tenure and toxic sales culture. CRO would yell, insult, intimidate and belittle employees during QBRs. Senior reps with long standing relationships in their market were forced to cold call into accounts on a weekly basis and harass their contacts which only burned their relationships.
