It’s very cultish and if you speak out about how things are going you will be shunned. Hard work that has great reward and as a top rep i was able to earn great money. But the work life balance is terrible no matter what they preach. If you voice your opinion on how things are going to leaders they will basically disown you

Awesome. Great leadership, great opportunity and pay however the turnover and sales role itself it’s extremely geared towards college students. You have to live in other markets for 4 months with other employees
