I joined NCC to grow within my career, the onboarding training was great, and leadership had goals to keep us informed and training, however, they had goals without a detailed plan. For example, They created a mentor program without expectations. They created groups with different training opportunities to help them be more successful, 1 group call and then nothing....Read More
