Corporate culture is not great, leadership won't set a strategy frustrating customers and leaving you with very limited options of what to sell. The quotas set you up to fail.

Leadership is non-existent right now. Product solution sets are years behind competitors. Pricing is an average of 60% more than competitors but products lack value to make up that delta. Pay structure is extremely confusing. Processes are terrible. High pressure sales

NCR VOYIX is a product suite. DI is a below average digital banking product, Terafina is a leading account opening product. Merging the cultures has been rough, and leadership is struggling.
