Hard to stand out from the competition when people in the marketplace has never heard of you, plus the fact that there are so many consultants in the arena. Never any inbound leads and reps don’t stay longer than two years for the most part.

My overall experience is that the company really expects you to do your own hunting. I've never experienced an inbound lead or had someone reach out to me. 2024 brought new leadership which expects sales to only either chase new logos, or close only deals over $3M on existing accounts.
