My overall experience was fine. Good teammates. Good product. KPIs a little bit too high, but they are open for a chat and adapt the targets by the end of the year. But overall very unreasonable targets.

The hardware is a great product market fit, and the software is getting there. The overall culture is great, with many intelligent people on the different teams, but EOM/EOQ/EOY pipeline monitoring is insanely micromanaged. If you have your ducks in a row, you’ll be fine.
