Leadership is great when you hit your number, but can be micromanagy if not. Lots of great people which is why we put up with some not optimal policies and red tape.

The culture is good, quota is attainable, managers listen to us, and actually implement changes when they can, and it's not a high stress or hustle culture. Just do you job and you're good.
