Current Employee My experience with NEOGOV overall has been great! It’s been a place where I was able to move into a closing role from an SDR really quickly. The area they struggle with the most is that they lack in sales skills training. Most of the top performers are remote, so you don’t get a ton of interaction that way. VP’s of sales are also remote and you don’t get a ton of face time with them, which for a growing rep, this would be tremendously valuable!
