This is a decent company. They pay commission well. They have more of a traditional selling model where each year they chop your territory and increase your quota. Plan to make the most money in the first years you are there vs. making more money each year. Low diversity. Low innovation. That said, Good commissions and product fit in the market!

It is overall a great place to work but inevitably it is difficult to move up from an SDR position, they are strict about in office work, and there isn't a lot in terms of inbound leads or professional development.

Management is getting very heavy into micromanaging. Product fit is still great, but the TAMs are too limited.
