The driver of this change is the fall of opportunities for promotion. I have never missed goal, requested by sellers, and I am highly qualified. I have felt underappreciated by hiring managers being that I am one of the longest-tenured SDRs. I have applied to over 40 internal job promotions. Only 6 interviews. I enjoy working here but I am burnt out.

It shouldn’t be possible to deliver improved diversity and inclusion by simply making older people from diverse backgrounds redundant but this appears to be their strategy which is backed up by the extremely high percentage of people over 50 being made redundant globally

Great company with great benefits and fair pay. The product line is amazing, but there are a lot of strong competitors involved in each and every deal.
