Current Employee Quotas have increased by over 150% year on year.
Lots of people quietly left the business either through leaving or being pushed.
Goals are high and compensation plan is not motivating. Very small payout on closing deals versus revenue delivered for company.
Micromanagement on every deal , forecasting weekly , daily chasing for updates on deals.
No progression planning , nearly all management roles are filled with external hires . No training or development beyond the initial induction training when you start
Customer service is poor , selfish attitude towards taking the best interests of corporate rather than resolving customer issues in a timely manner results in burning bridges with long term customers and partners.
