Training isn’t great, but senior leadership has its head on its shoulders, and the company is very collaborative. So, while training is only a couple of weeks and it’s not great, you can talk to anyone at any level in the sales organization and ask for help. Base pay is in the middle of the pack, commission is okay. The product is solid and BDR quota is fair and realistic.

I loved working for Netwrix, the team in EMEA made it easy to integrate and the managers/AE's are fantastic help to help advance my career.
