Great SE team with brilliant engineers. The company has been going through a "puberty stage" where they are figuring out who they are. Compensation is incredibly low compared to industry standards, but base pay is of a higher percentage than other organizations. Aggressive acquisitions have led to multiple rounds of layoffs and confusion between teams. Overall I really enjoy working here and would recommend to others.

Little to zero professional development. Bit of a free for all. With that said, c-suite and VP have nearly been completely turned over so it may be different now.
