I have been successful for several years at NextGen. However, things changed when NextGen went private (acquired by Thoma Bravo). Layoffs have impacted sales through lack of support and unhappy clients. Quotas went up by 20% after Thoma Bravo completed the acquisition. Clients are leaving NextGen at a higher rate than new client additions.

Dramatically increased quotas by 20% YoY since private equity shop acquired us. Laid off 25% of staff, poorly maintain products and have terrible operational processes. Post contractual is a nightmare and fulfilment teams constantly drop the ball and don’t meet timelines so clients get pissed and Sales takes the blame.
