Current Employee Dramatically increased quotas by 20% YoY since private equity shop acquired us. Laid off 25% of staff, poorly maintain products and have terrible operational processes. Post contractual is a nightmare and fulfilment teams constantly drop the ball and don’t meet timelines so clients get pissed and Sales takes the blame. Leadership does nothing to fix the glaring issues. Lots of lip service and false promises. Base salaries way under market. No bonus opportunity really.
