My overall experience has been positive. As an SDR, they gave you a generous ramp, allowing you to make your OTE pretty easily the first 3 months. Attaining quota is not easy, and I would say less then 50% of SDR’s do.

SE role is fun for learning the Sales Cycle and SaaS. More of a Solutions Consultant/ Post live support role, at the core.

good! I plan to stay at the company as long as it makes sense to- I feel secure in my role, but I am not a fan of the quota- I feel like it is unattainable. Culture is good, but higher-ups can be micro managey at times
