Worst experience, run away from this glorified call center. Management has a high school mindset. Tampa managers besides maybe a couple in the office are extremely immature, micromanaging and obviously has favoritism. Managers have slim to little knowledge. They will try to force you to work extra hours as nobody consistently hits quota. If you’re lucky and a favorite you might less than a handful of times.

Quota is unattainable and accounts you can work are few and far between. Established team members do great, but to become established you have to make it a few years on scraps.
