it was a good entry job the culture was really good everyone was helpful and supportive even people unrelated to my team or management, and the free food and perks were nice. But the quota was too high and the accounts weren’t managed properly, lots of kinks to work out. Overall good experience and the company itself is growing like crazy so it’s a good name to have

You won't get your expected OTE if in commercial(SMB) outbound. only 3% hit the quota and not every month.. If you are Revival or Inbound, you will hit quota and make money as an SDR.
