Been here for quite a long time now. The company is not what it used to be. Was amazing before but quickly turned super corporate. Making targets impossible to hit (and they know it) while demanding more out of you constantly. You realize fast their promotion criteria is personal interest. If you come in as an SDR, odds are you will never get out of it. It is a trap. Extremely high turnover rate with all of the tenured reps on their way out.
