Good colleagues and you will learn from those on your team but you learn nothing from management, no professional development, reps who attain quota work 75 hour weeks. There was one month when I worked there where 4 people of the 15+ reps got to quota. The team achieves decent numbers off the back of 3-4 reps. 3/4 of the bdr reps actively say they are miserable with the job. Employee retention is extremely low, around 1 year.
