Former Employee3.0Nov 11, 2025Overall, a good place to start your career in SaaS since the base comp is decent, but the work culture is absolutely not sustainable or reasonable. The turnover rate reflects that. Other than that, the company significantly lacks diversity in opinions, views, and perspectives, which creates a dangerous in-group thinking mindset.

There was one month when I worked there where 4 people of the 15+ reps got to quota.
